Kenvue一般利用規約（アーカイブバージョン）

このページには、サービス、または当社の地域における直接材料（原材料および梱包材を含む）の供給について、Kenvue が注文書に適用する一般取引条件の以前のバージョンが記載されています。

ここで以前のバージョンがリンクされている場合、記載されている各バージョンは、ここに記載されている日付の間に関連市場（直接材料の場合は地域）で Kenvue 関連会社が発行した注文に適用されます（たとえば、以前のバージョンが 2024年7月1日から 2025年3月31 日までに適用可能と記載されている場合、それらの日付の間に発行されたすべての注文には、記載されている利用規約が適用されます）。

ここに記載されていない市場でKenvue関連会社が発行するサービスの発注書は、当社の利用規約の「グローバル」バージョンの対象となります（また、ここに以前のバージョンが記載されている場合、関連する発注書がKenvueによって発行された日付に適用されるバージョンが適用されます）。
