This page sets out – either for services, or for the supply of direct materials (including raw materials and packaging) in our regions – previous versions of the general terms and conditions that Kenvue applies to purchase orders.

Where previous versions are linked here, each listed version applied to purchase orders issued by Kenvue affiliates in the relevant market (or region, for direct materials) between the dates set out here (for example, if a previous version is listed as applicable between 1 July 2024 and 31 March 2025, any purchase order issued between those dates will have been subject to the listed terms and conditions).

As a reminder, any purchase order for services issued by an Kenvue affiliate in any market not listed here will be subject to the “Global” version of our terms and conditions (and similarly, where previous versions are listed here, would have been subject to the version applicable on the date when the relevant purchase order was issued by Kenvue).
