As we kick off Pride Month at Kenvue, we know that now more than ever, the LGBTQIA+ community not only needs our vocal support, but also meaningful action — especially when it comes to the workplace.
That’s why we’re proud to share a few of the many ways we celebrate and support our LGBTQIA+ team members. At Kenvue, we offer real benefits, real community and real advocacy — throughout the year, not just in June.
We’re happy to highlight our Kenvuer-led initiatives dedicated to advancing love, care and equality, our inclusive benefits for all Kenvuers and our financial support for organizations doing critical work for LGBTQIA+ families.

1. Support for all growing families
We are proud at Kenvue to offer adoption, fertility and surrogacy benefits to Kenvuers and their spouses in the United States — regardless of gender or sexual orientation. Globally we provide paid leave for new parents.
2. Caring for the health of Kenvuers and their families
Our full suite of healthcare benefits extends to Kenvuers, domestic partners and spouses regardless of gender. At Kenvue, we provide transgender-inclusive health insurance, including medical and surgical coverage and support for gender diverse Kenvuers in the U.S. and those diagnosed with gender dysphoria.
3. Giving for impact
Since its inception in 2011, our Kenvuer-led iniative — Care With Pride — has supported LGBTQIA+ nonprofit groups including Family Equality and Outright International, plus a wide variety of other organizations making positive impacts on the community. Care With Pride continues to grow and show up in bold and modern ways to support members of the community and allies. This year, we are excited to announce our continued global expansion to Germany, adding to our existing presence in Canada and the United States.
4. Creating community for LGBTQIA+ Kenvuers & allies
We are proud of our large and active Open&Out group, led by passionate and energetic Kenvuers around the world. In addition to hosting live and virtual events and education sessions for Kenvuers, Open&Out chapters around the world are also active in local communities through fundraising, volunteerism and activism in support of the LGBTQIA+ community.
5. Marching for Pride
Care With Pride and Open&Out are also thrilled to continue supporting multiple Pride parades around the world. Locations include New Hope, Pa.; Asbury Park, N.J.; Los Angeles; San Juan, Puerto Rico; Toronto; Cologne, Germany; and New York City. Additionally, Kenvue proudly supports Outright International’s Celebration of Courage gala, which recognizes their achievements and amplifies the voices of activists and allies driving progress for LGBTQIA+ rights worldwide.
