At Kenvue, we’re dedicated to protecting our team members’ health, safety, and well-being. By investing in new technologies, we’re strengthening safety and well-being for our Kenvuers—a fundamental part of our Healthy Lives Mission.
We’re taking steps to advance this commitment by expanding our electronic Permit to Work (ePTW) system. In 2024, we successfully rolled out ePTW to 11 additional sites, bringing the total to 24 across our global network. This digital system replaces the old paper-based process, making it easier to manage high-risk work permits consistently and efficiently.
By switching to a digital solution, we’ve minimized the risks associated with manual errors, delays, and inefficiencies. And our new digital solution has streamlined our Environmental Health and Safety processes, providing critical information with improved accuracy and accessibility.
The ePTW system offers real-time monitoring, giving our teams immediate insights into ongoing activities and helping ensure compliance with safety standards. It also fosters seamless communication between teams through a shared platform for reviewing, approving, and tracking permits. Our teams are now benefiting from higher-quality data—enabling them to spot trends, improve reporting, and address risks before they escalate.
As we expand ePTW, we’re strengthening our safety culture and operational excellence. Each new deployment brings us one step closer to protecting the well-being of our people.
