Kenvue has been named a CDP Supplier Engagement Leader for its work engaging suppliers on climate action and value-chain decarbonization. At Kenvue, we believe that advancing everyday care begins with strong partnerships across our value chain. From sourcing to product delivery, collaborating with our suppliers is essential to both delivering business performance and enabling healthier outcomes for people and our planet. This recognition is a testament to our continued progress in integrating climate action across procurement, supplier partnerships, and value-chain decision-making.

Embedding climate action across our value chain
The CDP Supplier Engagement Assessment evaluates how effectively companies engage their suppliers on climate-related topics, including governance, Scope 3 emissions, target-setting, and decarbonization initiatives. This recognition builds on Kenvue’s broader climate performance, with the company earning a CDP Climate score of A- for the second consecutive year in 2025, reflecting the strength of our climate governance, strategy, risk management, and emissions reduction efforts.

Scope 3 emissions represent the majority of Kenvue’s emissions impact. These emissions occur across the value chain, including purchased goods, logistics, packaging, product use, and end-of-life considerations. That’s why supplier engagement is so critical for us and a key lever for how we activate our Healthy Lives Mission.

A milestone driven by cross functional partnership
Achieving this recognition underscores both the strength of our strategy and the power of collaboration. It reflects how rapidly we have been able to embed sustainability into procurement processes and work closely with our partners to increase transparency, ambition, and ultimately, action.
Of course, our suppliers are central to this progress. We are working with suppliers to improve emissions data, improve climate target-setting, and identify opportunities to reduce value-chain emissions, helping enable a more resilient and responsible supply chain together.

Looking ahead
While we are proud of this milestone, we see it as just the beginning. We remain committed to deepening supplier collaboration, scaling decarbonization initiatives, and accelerating progress across our value chain. Improving supplier climate data also helps Kenvue better understand risk, strengthen resilience, and prioritize decarbonization opportunities across the value chain. Thank you to all our partners for their continued commitment and collaboration—this recognition indicates shared progress, and together we aim to continue to drive positive impact for generations to come.
