Kenvue continued to advance its Purpose to realize the extraordinary power of everyday care in 2025, guided by meaningful innovation and collaboration. Highlights from the year include the opening of a new, state-of-the-art office, new insights into personal care and how people care for themselves, and continued leadership in clinical research. With new products designed to support daily routines and recognition from respected institutions and market leaders, the momentum reflects a shared focus on improving health outcomes and enriching lives.
Here are a few highlights that defined our year.
1. New office opens in Summit, NJ
Kenvue officially opened its purpose-built office in Summit, N.J. in March, marking a new, exciting chapter for the company. The sprawling campus (constructed with sustainability, well-being and inclusive design in mind) has 290,000 square feet of office space—and labs built to further connect R&D with other functions:
- The Insights Lab is a multi-room experience created to enhance immersion with Kenvue products.
- The Sensory Lab facilitates rigorous product testing for the consumer feedback process.
- The Design Lab houses prototyping and 3D and 2D modeling equipment to showcase the product design journey.
In addition to a centralized “Main Street” featuring ample seating options to meet and dine, the modern building is LEED Gold certified, designed to use fewer resources, create less waste and respect the local habitat.
2. Kenvue Cares Week mobilizes thousands of volunteers
The Kenvue culture of giving back was on full display during Kenvue Cares Week, the company’s signature annual volunteer initiative. Thousands of Kenvuers across six continents came together to support everything from food distribution and playground renovation to litter cleanup and reforestation efforts. Some of the highlights:
- 5,000+ hours of volunteer time to local causes
- 22,000+ hygiene kits for underserved communities
- 110,000+ donated products from Neutrogena®, LISTERINE®, OGX®, Johnson’s® Baby and more
3. Second annual Healthy Lives Mission report is released
Kenvue unveiled its Healthy Lives Mission report, highlighting progress made in 2024 to support the well-being of people and the planet. The report provides a transparent view of sustainability efforts across three pillars—Healthy People, Healthy Planet, and Healthy Practice.
Notable actions include training healthcare professionals worldwide on consumer sunscreen education and the use of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) solutions like Nicorette®; expanding renewable electricity use across global operations; transitioning a significant portion of packaging to recyclable or refillable materials; and launching the Sustainable Innovation Profiler, a patent-pending tool that evaluates a product’s environmental performance to inform better design.
For the second consecutive year, Newsweek recognized Kenvue as one of America’s Most Responsible Companies—underscoring our commitment to creating healthier lives and a healthier planet.
4. Connecting with healthcare professionals where it counts
Our iconic brands, including Neutrogena®, Aveeno®, and Lubriderm®, showcased the latest advancements in skin longevity, superior hydration, and sun protection at the 2025 American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) Annual Meeting. The weekend was filled with scientific presentations and collaboration, partnering with dermatologists to develop effective, trusted products.
At the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) Congress in Denmark, Kenvue highlighted the vital role pharmacists play in promoting self-care, supporting smoking cessation, and advancing skin health—strengthening our partnerships across the healthcare community.
Kenvue also took center stage at the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) Congress 2025 in Paris, one of the world’s premier gatherings for dermatology professionals. With around 20,000 attendees, EADV offered an incredible platform to showcase how we’re advancing skin health through science-backed innovation.
5. A consumer trends report reframes personal care
To better understand how people integrate self care into their daily lives, Kenvue fielded a global trends report—A New View of Care: The Power of Personal Care Routines—and released comprehensive findings. The results point to a shift: personal care is increasingly seen as a tool for overall well-being, not just appearance. And while social media trends often spotlight elaborate regimens, the report shows that most consumers prefer simple, consistent and science-backed approaches that deliver both physical and emotional benefits.
6. New product advances support everyday care
Throughout the year, Kenvue introduced forward-thinking products designed to enhance daily routines. Highlights from 2025 include travel-friendly LISTERINE® On-The-Go COOL MINT® Alcohol Free Mouthwash Packets; a Zarbee’s® Children’s Regularity Support Prebiotic Fiber Powder to help keep little tummies healthy; Tylenol® PRECISE™ Pain Relieving Patches that provide targeted relief with maximum OTC strength lidocaine (4%)*; and Aveeno® Skin Relief Healing Ointment, which is clinically proven to lock in moisture for up to 72 hours.
7. Clinical studies drive real-world insights and solutions
A number of new clinical studies in 2025 show how the Kenvue dedication to excellence leads to pioneering solutions.
In oral care, Kenvue research included the first clinical trial to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of LISTERINE® mouth rinse in people with type 1 and type 2 diabetes. The result? Daily use of both alcohol-containing and alcohol-free LISTERINE® mouthwash significantly reduces plaque and gingivitis in type 1 and type 2 diabetes patients compared to control groups. Other clinical studies examined skin barrier health through hydration and sun protection, and newborn care, specifically eczema management and the protective benefits of emollients.
Kenvue achievements in 2025 demonstrate the growing impact of evidence-based innovation in everyday care. From clinical research to sustainability progress, the company continues to define what leadership in consumer health and well-being looks like.
