Carlos De Jesus is Group President, North America, for Kenvue. He leads a fully integrated, end-to-end team responsible for driving the strategy in North America, accelerating breakthrough capabilities, ensuring flawless execution, and enabling long-term growth.
With over 25 years of experience in the global consumer products industry, Mr. De Jesus has a proven track record of success driving growth for billion-dollar brands and leading large-scale turnarounds across global markets, including in North America, China, Latin America and Europe.
Prior to joining Kenvue, Carlos held leadership roles at Procter & Gamble (P&G), most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Amazon Global Team Leader & North America Digital Commerce. Previously, Carlos led end-to-end business transformation for Oral Care in North America, taking the $5 billion business from low single-digit top-and bottom-line growth to a five-year run of record sales, profit and market share growth. He also held leadership positions in Grooming, transforming the China grooming business into P&G’s #1 profit contributor in Asia and the company’s fastest-growing category in China, and led the turnaround of North America’s $2 billion Grooming business, revitalizing Gillette through innovative go-to-market strategies and delivering the brand’s first share growth in a decade.
Earlier in his career, Carlos led the creation of P&G’s Corporate Strategy team and held various marketing and sales roles within the Global and North America Baby Care divisions. Carlos began his career at Frito Lay, where he held various sales and operations management roles.
Carlos brings deep expertise in breakthrough product and commercial innovation, growth-accelerating digital and eCommerce initiatives, recommendation-driving advocacy campaigns with healthcare professionals, and exceptional value-generating programs with top customers.
Carlos holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
