Heather Howlett is the Interim Chief Financial Officer & Chief Accounting Officer for Kenvue. In this role, Heather serves as the company’s principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, with responsibility for overseeing financial strategy, accounting and reporting, and supporting the company’s continued growth and operational excellence.
Heather has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance across global organizations. She is a seasoned leader known for her strong technical expertise, disciplined approach and ability to navigate complex business environments with clarity and precision.
Heather has served as Chief Accounting Officer of Kenvue since May 2023. She joined Johnson & Johnson in September 2022 as Chief Accounting Officer Designee for the planned New Consumer Health Company in advance of its separation, where she played a key role in establishing the Company’s accounting structure and financial foundation.
Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Heather served as Chief Accounting Officer at Trane Technologies from March 2020 to August 2022. Earlier in her career, she held roles of increasing responsibility at Trane Technologies, Catalent Pharma Solutions, Honeywell and Tyco. Heather also spent more than a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she built deep expertise in financial reporting and accounting practices across a range of industries.
