Russell (Russ) Dyer is the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer for Kenvue. In this role, Russ leads Kenvue’s Global Corporate Affairs function and is responsible for driving impact for Kenvue and our brands across diverse communities of stakeholders, including more than 20,000 Kenvuers.
Russ possesses a successful track record of leading global communications and public & government affairs teams, promoting and protecting corporate reputation in both emerging and developed markets, and providing trusted counsel to senior leadership. He is known for developing and implementing impactful communications and external engagement strategies aligned to corporate objectives, working across a broad set of stakeholders.
Prior to joining Kenvue, Russ held progressive leadership positions at Mondelēz International, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Chief Communications Officer and Head of Public & Government Affairs. Before Mondelēz International, Russ served as Vice President, Corporate Affairs at Kraft Foods Group, prior to the company’s merger with The H.J. Heinz Company, and as Director in the consumer practice at Weber Shandwick, where he was responsible for developing strategic public relations, social media, and integrated marketing programming for a wide range of consumer brands and several top-tier CPG companies.
Russ earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Communications from Boston College.
