The Kenvuer Impact Network (KIN) is a volunteer-led set of employee groups. Open to all Kenvuers worldwide. They help foster inclusivity, engagement, and strategic business impact across the organization. Through local and global programs, Kenvuers support career development, strengthen workplace belonging, and help advance Kenvue’s Healthy Lives Mission.
Driving value through engagement
In 2025, KIN membership grew to nearly 4,500 Kenvuers across all regions, up 5% from December 2024. Across the network, employees helped strengthen talent pipelines, foster belonging, and generate insights tied to business and consumer needs.
Through our KINs, Kenvuers led more than 15 activations in 2025, including:
- Student Industry Day in New Jersey: Connected local pharmacy students with Kenvue leaders and introduced career opportunities, including the Kenvue Pharmacy Fellowship Program.
- Women at Kenvue event in High Wycombe: Featured menopause specialist Dr. Naomi Potter and raised awareness of lesser-known neurological symptoms of menopause.
- Québec Immersion by Francophonie at Kenvue: Gathered actionable insights to deepen understanding of Québec culture and local market opportunities.
Kenvuers advance sustainability
In 2025, Kenvue launched the Sustainability KIN, bringing together more than 500 employees focused on advancing sustainable action across the company. The group helps Kenvuers connect their day-to-day roles to Kenvue’s broader sustainability goals and organize initiatives aimed at enabling healthier outcomes for people and the planet.
Immersing Kenvuers in our mission
Each KIN creates opportunities for learning, professional growth, and connection across Kenvue’s global workforce. These networks help employees feel more connected to the company’s mission while building the skills and motivation needed to address consumer needs.
