Katie Decker is the Global Head, Essential Health and Global Customer Engagement, and Managing Director, Canada, for Kenvue. In this role, she creates and drives a culture of empowered, entrepreneurial teams with a reinvented business model to support global category-leading brands in Baby Care, Oral Care, Feminine Care and Wound Care.
Katie leads a global team focused on scaling innovation, facilitating a delightful and consistent consumer experience and driving market best practices to unlock value and drive growth. As leader of Global Customer Development, Katie drives transformational change to enable future forward growth for the organization and position Kenvue as a partner of choice with global retailers. In addition to her commercial responsibilities, Katie is the Executive Sponsor for the company’s Healthy Lives Mission sustainability framework. Katie leads this work with a core team responsible for the design and implementation of a portfolio-wide strategy to advance human and planetary health.
Prior to being appointed President, Essential Health, Katie was the Vice President, Oral Care and Wound Care for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health. In this role, Katie and her team led the development of the strategic plan for the Oral Care and Wound Care need states. In addition, she drove the global pipeline for Listerine® and BAND-AID® Brand and stewarded Integrated Communications in partnership with regional and local marketing teams.
Over a 20-year span at Johnson & Johnson, Katie held positions of increasing responsibility in both strategic innovation and marketing activation. Prior to her work on Oral Care, Katie was the Group Brand Director of the Beauty Collective portfolio (Clean & Clear®, RoC® and Lubriderm®), responsible for the development and execution of U.S. brand marketing strategies.
Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Katie started her career in sales with IBM as a Client Representative. She received her BBA in Marketing from University of Georgia and obtained an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
