When people feel valued and supported, they do their best work. That’s why Kenvue is dedicated to to building a workplace where every Kenvuer can thrive, and our Women in Manufacturing (WiM) program in Latin America is doing just that.
Designed to open doors for women in operations, WiM helps build career pathways in one of our most essential functions. Through this initiative, we’re not just talking about growth and inclusion—we’re living it.
Over a nine-month journey, Kenvuers dive into a mix of workshops, leadership training, mentoring, and shadowing. It’s a hands-on experience that combines technical skills with personal growth, leading to a personalized development plan that helps each woman move forward in her career with clarity and confidence.
Investing in women’s leadership builds innovative, inclusive teams, which is exactly what consumers are looking for. Our A New View of Care report reveals that 80% of consumers believe companies should mirror their communities—and WiM is helping us achieve just that.
WiM graduates are taking on greater challenges and stepping into new roles, demonstrating the power of targeted development. But the program’s impact goes beyond individual careers; it’s also fostering a supportive network across countries, where women share experiences and encourage each other to grow.
In 2024, we expanded WiM to Colombia and Argentina building on its initial success in Brazil. With every new country, the program becomes stronger, and so does our impact across the region, helping us create a workforce that reflects the world we serve—and a workplace where everyone has the opportunity to shine.
