Thibaut Mongon serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a member of the Board of Directors of Kenvue, the world’s largest pure-play consumer health company by revenue.
As CEO, Thibaut manages a world-class leadership team and oversees the growth of a differentiated portfolio of iconic and trusted brands, including Tylenol®, Neutrogena®, Aveeno®, Listerine®, and Johnson’s®, sold and distributed in more than 165 countries.
A proven global leader with extensive marketing expertise, he has grown and transformed businesses in both developed and emerging markets across Europe, Latin America, Asia, and North America.
Thibaut led the creation of Kenvue as an independent company serving people’s everyday care needs with a portfolio of leading consumer health brands. He has built a purpose-led and values-enabled culture of performance and impact, fueling speed in execution across an organization of more than 20,000 Kenvuers. Thibaut established the company’s Healthy Lives Mission, a comprehensive environmental, social and governance strategy, to build a sustainable business that creates value for all stakeholders over the long-term.
Prior to leading Kenvue, he was Executive Vice President and Worldwide Chairman, Consumer Health and a member of the Johnson & Johnson Executive Committee. Thibaut joined Johnson & Johnson in 2000 as Director of Marketing for the Vision Care group in France and first joined Johnson & Johnson’s Consumer Health sector in 2014 as Company Group Chairman Asia-Pacific, where he led the transformation of the region into an engine of accelerated growth. Thibaut began his career in brand and product manager roles at Bormioli in Italy and Danone in France.
Thibaut serves on the board of the Consumer Goods Forum and is a member of the Business Roundtable.
He holds degrees in Business Administration from the KEDGE Business School and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD.
Born and raised in France, Thibaut enjoys traveling with his wife and two sons.
