Charmaine England is the Chief Growth Officer for Kenvue. In her role, Charmaine is responsible for developing and activating our global growth strategies through cross functional alignment and strengthening of our core growth and innovation capabilities. She oversees the three global segments – Self Care, Skin Health and Beauty, and Essential Health - as well as the following groups: Global Strategy & Transformation; Business Development & Ventures, and the Environment, Social and Governance office.

An experienced global leader, Charmaine has lived and worked in markets around the world, including the United Kingdom, Europe, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, and Australia. She is known for customer-centric innovation, a strong track record developing global consumer brands, and her commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership.

Charmaine previously served as Area Managing Director for the United Kingdom & Northern Europe, where she delivered double-digit revenue growth combined with strong share progression across all targeted brands.

With a proven track record of driving sustainable growth and building motivated teams, Charmaine brings two decades of experience as a managing director and global senior executive. Before joining Johnson & Johnson in 2019, she held senior roles at Unilever, Lion (Kirin), and Pact Group Holdings.

Charmaine graduated from University of Newcastle, Australia, with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
