Jan Meurer is the Group President, North America for Kenvue. He leads a fully integrated, end-to-end team responsible for driving the strategy in North America, accelerating breakthrough capabilities, ensuring flawless execution, and enabling long-term growth.
Previously serving as Chief Growth Officer, Jan architected Kenvue’s strategy, driving alignment and action, and building critical capabilities globally. He oversaw the three global segments as well as Global Strategy & Transformation, Business Development & Ventures, and the Environmental, Social & Governance office.
Jan brings more than 25 years of experience in building global consumer brands, leading diverse teams, and delivering results with operational excellence. With robust expertise leading commercial businesses in markets around the world, Jan has demonstrated a deep passion for consumers, patients, and innovation with a strong focus on execution.
Prior to joining Kenvue, Jan served as the Global Head of Strategy at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health. He was also President, Johnson & Johnson Southeast Asia (SEA), where he led the SEA business across Janssen Pharmaceuticals, MedTech, Consumer Health and Vision. He made a lasting impact on the business by making clear, strategic choices which drove profitable growth across multiple sectors. Prior to this, he served as Area Managing Director Central Europe, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, where he was responsible for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Holland, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and the Baltics.
Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson in 2015, Jan held senior roles at Procter & Gamble, PGT HealthCare and Siemens Technologies. He has worked in Germany, Switzerland, Russia, Venezuela, Singapore, and the United States and speaks four languages.
Jan holds a degree in business administration from Passau University in Germany and has studied in the U.S. as a Rotary Scholar.
