Our Purpose—realize the extraordinary power of everyday care—doesn’t just stop with consumers; it extends to every person behind our brands. At Kenvue, we want every Kenvuer to thrive both personally and professionally, recognizing that thriving team members are the foundation of a culture of care.
From inclusive communities to purposeful paths for professional development, here are four ways Kenvue is building a workplace where talent can reach its full potential.
1. Benefits that reflect real life
The Total Rewards program (benefit packages vary by market) is designed to both support overall well-being and recognize meaningful contributions from Kenvuers. In addition to competitive salaries and bonus opportunities (where applicable), Kenvue has a range of benefit offerings including:
- Comprehensive healthcare, life insurance, and disability plans that prioritize the health and well-being of Kenvuers and their families.
- Programs and resources designed to help Kenvuers save for retirement, plan for the future, and support their overall financial well-being.
- Paid leave, including vacation, holidays and a Global Parental Leave policy for all types of families, ensuring any new parent—maternal or paternal, primary or secondary caregiver, adoptive or surrogacy-assisted—can take advantage of a minimum of 12 weeks parental leave.
- A full suite of resources to support physical, emotional, and financial well-being, such as a world-class Employee Assistance Program, access to Maven—a platform that provides families with clinical and emotional support for fertility, surrogacy, adoption and women’s health needs—and much more.
- Quarterly Global Well-being Reimbursement for participating in health and well-being activities (e.g. purchasing a gym membership or fitness equipment).
- Flexible ways of working that foster collaboration, connection, growth, and balance.
Kenvuer Christian Beyer utilized the Global Parental Leave benefit to help welcome a new addition to his family—which happened sooner than expected:
I was in the hospital with my wife after our third child was born—four weeks early. And I had been putting together plans to go out on paternity leave, but because the baby came so early, all I could really do was text my people leader and say, “change of plans, baby’s coming.” And her message to me was just incredibly supportive. I was able to really relax and take the time off without stress and without the thought of work, and we’re very appreciative of that.
2. Belonging that’s built in
Everyday care starts with the very people who make it all possible. Our approach to inclusion is both people-led and values-driven, grounded in the idea that when Kenvuers are heard, seen and have a voice, they can bring their whole selves to work.
A key part of this approach is the Kenvuer Impact Network—voluntary, employee-led groups that help build community, promote cultural awareness and drive business impact throughout the organization. From Women at Kenvue, Pride at Kenvue and Black at Kenvue, to Latino Leadership, Veterans, South Asians Thriving, Healthcare Professionals & Scientists and more, the Kenvuer Impact Network creates opportunities for team members to learn, grow and celebrate each other with the goal of fostering belonging and solving for unmet global consumer needs.
- Workplace: We foster an inclusive and trusting workplace that allows each Kenvuer to maximize their impact to our work and culture.
- Workforce: To better understand and serve our global consumers, it is inherent that our workforce reflects the markets in which we operate and brings a broad range of ideas and perspectives.
- Marketplace: Our brands are committed to developing innovative products and experiences that meet the unique needs of our global consumers, communities, and their health and well-being. By leading with insights and innovation, we aim to create solutions that meet a wide range of needs, ensuring that everyday care is truly for everyone.
Kenvuer Raphael Swenson became involved with the Pride at Kenvue, finding meaning and connection through discussion:
Pride at Kenvue is a network where LGBTQ+ employees and allies can come together to support one another, lead initiatives and foster community. It’s 100% employee-led, and you can get as involved as you want—whether that means taking on leadership roles, joining in conversations, or if you’re more on the quiet side like me, just coming and listening in order to gain more perspective and learn from others.
3. A culture of growth, on your terms
At Kenvue, growth is a continuous mindset and each Kenvuer is in the driver’s seat—empowered to take the lead in how and when they learn and grow. Through our online learning and growth ecosystem, “Learning at Kenvue,” Kenvuers can build and refine skills relevant to their roles and aspirations.
We also emphasize:
- Grow and Stretch assignments, which give Kenvuers an opportunity to step into roles or projects that allow them to learn, first-hand, expanding their exposure and experience while cultivating entirely new skills.
- A culture of empowerment through coaching and opportunity to chart your own path to grow your career the way you want to through ongoing check-ins and personalized learning experiences when you want them—not just annual reviews.
Kenvuer Harini Sathi’s career journey—from Human Resources to Social Impact—shows what growth looks like with real support:
I started in the company a number of years ago in a development program which allowed me to rotate through a few Human Resources positions. From there, I started working on our iconic portfolio of brands in a strategy and operations/chief of staff role for our Global Head of HR.
When I joined the company, it was always with the thought of wanting to work in social impact; I just needed to figure out how to get there. And when Kenvue began designing its social impact strategy, I knew I had to put everything into being a part of the team. I met with the team leads and received advice from my mentors and support from my key sponsors. I’ve now been in this role since January of 2023.
4. Designed for purpose: Kenvue Global Headquarters
Our state-of-the-art Global Headquarters in Summit, New Jersey, is a purpose-built campus that fosters more than just work—it’s a space for people to collaborate and innovate.
Spanning 290,000 square feet, the campus brings our labs and offices together to encourage spontaneous interactions and collaboration. The Insights Lab, Sensory Lab and Design Lab each allow for innovation and immersive experiences, while Main Street—the building’s central connector—features flexible seating, dining areas and even The Store, which showcases iconic Kenvue brands.
We believe that how we work matters just as much as what we do, which is why Global Headquarters includes:
- Ergonomic furniture and high-tech, curved monitors
- LEED Gold certification, reflecting a commitment to sustainability
- A coffee shop, fitness center, health clinic, interfaith room and a mindspace room
- Inclusive design for neurodiverse and mobility needs
The result? A workplace where every Kenvuer can feel a sense of community and conntection.
And across the globe, Kenvue is also dedicated to designing innovative work and research environments—whether that’s recently opening a new EMEA headquarters in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, modernizing spaces at the São José dos Campos, Brazil, offices, or inaugurating new research and development labs in Mumbai, India.
